It takes courage to deal with the challenges that are part of everyone’s life. Great benefit comes with being curious and taking some risk, rather than staying with the known and the familiar.

It requires courage to be our authentic selves, who we truly are, and not play the role we’ve created for ourselves over time. We don’t need to be limited by what happened to us in the past. We can be courageous and flexible and choose new possibilities.
