Specializing in complex trauma, artists, medical conditions, grief/loss, and young adults.
Since 1989, I’ve supported adults through life’s many transitions, offering a space that feels cozy, grounded, and safe. As a certified trauma therapist, I believe healing happens not just through words, but through the body’s wisdom as well.
My approach integrates expressive and psychodynamic therapies, mindfulness-based practices, narrative work, and somatic modalities — including body awareness, nervous system regulation, and breath work. Together, we listen to what the body is holding, gently restore balance, and cultivate resilience from the inside out.
Whether we meet in person or online, this space is designed to feel like an exhale — a place where you’re deeply heard, deeply seen, and supported every step of the way.

🌿 Finding Peace, Together
I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals heal and grow for many years, and I would be honored to support you as you seek greater peace and clarity — even in the midst of challenging relationships, environments, or health conditions.
Using an integrative approach that nurtures body, mind, and spirit, I offer compassionate care rooted in collaboration and respect. Together, we can gently release what no longer serves you, attune to your inner wisdom, and help you reconnect with your true self — so you can live from choice, feel more connected to others, and experience greater fulfillment in your one-of-a-kind life.
